Mitchell and his team completed concrete repairs, parging, brick pointing, and porch resurfacing work to my home. I found the team to be courteous, conscientious, and take pride in their work. I am very happy with the quality, the efficiency, and I found the project pricing to be reasonable and within market averages. Some of the work was challenging as I had recently had area of my house landscaped with a large bed which ran along the house and the porch where they had to perform some of their work. There was no damage to the bed, and the work was performed in a manner to reduce waste, and the team was thorough in cleaning up after. Very impressive! I would definitely recommend Mitchell Blackwell Parging for hire.

Mitchell was able to fit me into a tight schedule and complete a very professional job. My parging is better now than it was when my house was new. Mr Blackwell repaired the parging around our house two years ago. We had had the parging repaired a couple of times before but, due to the way the house had been built, the redo parging had never lasted more than a couple of months. Mr Blackwell took the time to figure out what the problem was, rectify that and then do the parging, working long hours to get it done on time. Two years on and it still looks great! I would recommend his work to anyone and hire him again, although it doesn’t look like I will need to for a long time!

I engaged Mitchell Blackwell Parging in the summer of 2018 to fix a large section of parging on the side of my 70+ year old home in Waterloo. Mitchell was efficient and the end result was just what we discussed. He was even able to match the pattern of the new parging to the work done when the house was originally constructed. He completed his work efficiently, left the wok space clean, and the final bill was just what he had provided through the initial quote. Mitchell was also able to complete some repairs to the bricks and mortar on both the front and side of my house, such that the new work blended in visually with the existing brick work.
