Disclaimer: For all Parging work, we will not be held responsible for dust or for trampled grass or minor scratches to eve troughs and aluminium. Damage may occur to plants that are two feet from the foundation where the work is located. Warranty will be void if there is movement in your foundation or if there is excavation happening 10 feet from the foundation, excavation will cause the vibrations in the ground and movement for your foundation which will lead to possible hairline cracks. For repointing brick, we will not be held responsible for dust damage. We recommend all customers to close the windows and notify their neighbours. For repair work, we cannot guarantee that the mortar colour will be the exact same as the original motor colour.
When removing existing brick it is the owners responsibility to notify and mark out areas to avoid prior to starting the job. We will not be held responsible for damages that occur when removing brick (ie cut cables and power cables)
We are known for our cleanliness and do our best to keep the jobsite clean, preserve plant life, and keep the dust to a minimum as much as possible. For metal roofs we recommend having a roofing company come in to remove the metal around the work area as we will not be held responsible for minor dents in the metal roof when doing work. The company does take precaution to protect your roof, such as putting plywood and tarps around work area for protection.
It is here by acknowledge that due to circumstances beyond Mitchell Blackwall Parging and masonry Inc. control such as COVID-19 pandemic and supply chain shortages, some materials and supplies used in Projects may be unavailable, delayed and or subject to price increases, therefore prices may need to be adjusted for additional costs incurred
Payment instructions We will send out an invoice before the start date of the work. We require a 25% deposit for restoration work and a 50% deposit on commercial work. We must receive a deposit before starting the work. Once the work is completed the remaining 75% must be paid within two weeks of completion. If the final bill has not been paid After four weeks of completion additional charges/interest of 60% annually will be applied on the remaining amount Owing.

If you have signed the document and cancel your work order within two weeks of the dates that we have you booked there will be a $250 cancellation fee.
